A Poor sᴛʀᴀʏ Dog Can’t Hold Back Her Tears When Realizes People Can Also Be Kind, She’s Being Adopted

This is the emotional moment, a poor sᴛʀᴀʏ ᴅᴏɢ can’t hold back her tears when realizes people can also be kind. The ᴅᴏɢ – heavy pregnant – was wandering the streets in search for some Fᴏᴏᴅ, when she spotted a couple enjoying their lunch on the side of the road. The sᴛʀᴀʏ pittie only hoped for some leftovers, but instead she got adopted, and the moment was too much to handle for her.

Jacks Anderson and her wife, initially spotted the black pit bull mix when they stopped to buy some Fᴏᴏᴅ from a stand on the street!

“She never took her eyes off of us, but she didn’t come close or beg for Fᴏᴏᴅ,” Anderson explained  “The owners of the stand came out and shooed her away down the sidewalk. It was obvious she was scared, and she ᴅɪsᴀᴘᴘᴇᴀʀᴇᴅ.”

It was when the couple were on their way back home, when they realized the ᴅᴏɢ is pregnant. So they pulled over and offered her something to eat. But Anderson’s wife felt so pity for the helpless ᴅᴏɢ, and she even tried to ᴘᴇᴛ her and to offer Fᴏᴏᴅ from her hand, hoping she’ll gain her trust this way.

But they both knew, they just cannot leave her there, so they decided to take the ᴅᴏɢ into their car. The moment she realized she’s safe and she gets comfort from a stranger, the ᴅᴏɢ got so emotional she even cried for joy.

” I don’t think I’ve ever seen that in a ᴅᴏɢ, and it definitely made an impact.” the man said

The two very nice people, then took the ᴅᴏɢ to the vet. Even though she had some fleas, her condition was very good. So Anderson and his wife decided to foster Pᴏᴘᴘʏ for a few days, until they find someone to adopt her. But these days were enough for them to completely fall in love with Pᴏᴘᴘʏ and keep her.

“Pᴏᴘᴘʏ is the kind of ᴅᴏɢ who loves to be loved,” Anderson said. “Pᴏᴘᴘʏ will stay with us. We’re learning more about her all the time and building trust with he. We’re basically massive foster failures, but there are ᴡᴏʀsᴇ things in life to be!”
