Fur-ever Friends: Dogs Dig Hole in Fence for Daily Visits

Elizabeth Potter of Minnesota had always known that her three-year-old Everest, was a special dog. But she had no idea just how unique her furry friend truly was until one day, as she was getting ready for work.

As she walked by the window, she noticed Everest was fixated on a part of the fence in the backyard. Upon investigation, she discovered that the dog had somehow managed to create a doggy door with the neighbor's two-year-old English Mastiff, Bear.

Elizabeth couldn't believe her eyes. The dogs had made their own secret passage to be able to see each other and play whenever they pleased. However, the makeshift doggy door caused quite a bit of destruction, making it clear that the two dogs were desperate to spend more time together.

Elizabeth and her neighbors knew they had to come up with a solution. They brainstormed and finally came up with a plan to create a more efficient setup for the dogs to be able to check in on each other.

The result was nothing short of amazing. They made a custom doggy door in the fence, complete with a little ramp and a platform for the dogs to stand on while they visited each other. Everest and Bear were overjoyed, and their newfound friendship only grew stronger with their new setup.

The story of Everest and Bear quickly spread throughout the community, inspiring others to be more creative in their own pet-friendly solutions. The two dogs became local celebrities, and Elizabeth was proud to call them her own.

Everest and Bear's friendship proved that with a little creativity and cooperation, anything is possible. The two dogs were a reminder to never underestimate the power of love and friendship, even between two dogs from different breeds.
