Adorable Toddler's Reaction When Introduced to a Massive Dog at a Store

During a recent visit to a pet store in Massachusetts, customers may have been surprised to see a young boy and a calf getting to know each other, possibly causing them to do a double-take.

Initially, it may appear as such. However, the reality is that this charming and delightful toddler was merely forging a bond with Kernel, a harlequin Great Dane. It's possible that their friendship was strengthened by the fact that they were both one year old at the time.

But wow, look at the size difference!

The little boy and Kernel pause to observe each other, with the toddler showing particular interest in the large dog's size and mottled fur, and laughing as they become acquainted.

On the other hand, Kernel seems to be particularly interested in the scent emanating from the young boy. Could it be that he has some remnants of food in his hair from a prior meal?

The reason behind the gentle behavior of the massive canine is quite understandable. The owner of the dog played a significant role in getting him certified as an AKC Canine Good Citizen. It is worth mentioning that Kernel was even being trained to become a service dog!

However, it is evident from his Instagram account that he remains an endearing and silly individual, despite any potential obstacles.
