Miranda Jenkins celebrated Labor Day weekend by going through the labor process to bring her first child into the world, a beautiful baby girl named April.

She joyfully exclaimed, "After nine months of anticipation, we were overjoyed to finally meet her. My colleagues at work had been teasing that this would happen, and we would have a weekend filled with laboring, followed by quality time with our little one."

April made her grand entrance into the world on September 2, right on her expected due date. According to Better Health statistics, only 5% of women give birth on their exact due date, but Miranda and her husband had an uncanny sense that their daughter would be an exception.

April weighed a healthy 8 pounds and 7 ounces, and both her mom and dad are cherishing every moment with her during this extended holiday weekend.

Dad, Nitin Mehtn, expressed his protective instincts, saying, "I'm almost hyper-attentive, ensuring her safety and well-being. We're hanging onto every little sound she makes right now."

This Labor Day weekend not only marked the arrival of April but also gave the new parents the precious gift of uninterrupted time with their baby girl.

Miranda shared her overwhelming emotions, saying, "It's been an amazing journey. We eagerly awaited her arrival for the past nine months, but holding her in our arms is an entirely different, incredible feeling."

The story of April's timely arrival will undoubtedly become a cherished family tale for years to come.

Miranda summed it up, saying, "We may be a bit biased, but we feel immensely blessed. She's absolutely perfect."
