When it comes to puppies, they cannot be anything else but cute. They are little, furry, and goofy at the same time. One thing that puppies like to do is sleep. All of them sleep for many hours a day, just like human babies do. Babies represent something a lot deeper for us. They are part of us and express our best hopes for the future. When you combine the two, you have a recipe not just for cuteness, but one for a lot of love, too.

There have been a few studies done on the relationship between growing up with dogs and values. Dog enthusiasts suggest that having a dog at home raises awareness for everyone at home, especially children.

According to these studies, children who had grown up with dogs were more prone to being more compassionate. When you watch the update at the end of this video, I think it’s all the proof you need.

But pets do teach us a lot of things. They show us to enjoy the simple things in life. This, in turn, helps us forget to chase other superficial things that take up a lot of our time and energy.

In the end, we turn to our family and learn to appreciate what is worth it. This is what makes us display more human qualities, or as other people would call them, ‘values’.
